Fuel and food shortages return

Panic buying hits Harare as Zimbabweans once again fear food shortages, with shops no longer able to import products because they have run out of US dollars. The long queues for food and fuel are reminiscent of the chaos in 2007, 2008 and 2009 when basic goods such as cooking oil, soap and meat disappeared from the shelves and petrol stations ran dry.
